Skinning problem on Jug! Help needed

Hey there people. I have been trying to get this head piece working for jug but when I move the Head bone the seam between my head piece and the torso mesh gapes open. Any ideas?

    The boundary verts between Jugg's head and torso are weighted by 3 bones by varying amounts;
    Head
    Neck
    Spine3

    You'll need to exactly match the weights at each vertex of your head mesh with the same values of the corresponding vertices of his torso.

    Also be sure to decompile the Jugg mesh and bones. The version downloadable from the requirements page is out of date and sized smaller, which will lead to a gap between the head/body when compiled in Dota2.
