It will not work using the Input.gettouch() on non tablet/phones. Depending on the framework the monitor uses for the touches will determine how to get them. If it runs on the windows touch framework, you can use this: https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/#/content/4494
I have this working on a hp touchsmart pc, has it's own win7 os on it, but might act the same, not sure.
