Zbrush transpose tool acting weird

Hello I've run into a problem with Zbrush, when I try to use the transpose tool to move a subtool it deforms it, happens with the rotate tool as well but the scale tool works fine.

I tried searching for zbrush tranpose tool broken, not working and I tried resetting to default.

Oh and this is a completely legal copy of Zbrush.

Try turning off your symetry in whatever axis the wierdness is occuring.
