UDK interior lighting issue, not enough indirect light?

Hey guys, I'm trying to get a good interior lighting setup in UDK using lightmass, but I haven't been able to create a setup where the interior looks well-lit. I would like some help from the more proficient UDk users out there. I don't know if I should be using more lights than the dominant directional light, but I thought it should be sufficient to get the indirect lighting setup I want. Should I be placing other lights to get the environment brighter?

attached is a couple of screengrabs with the dominant light & world lightmass settings. Any help would be appreciated!
