Looks like a very limited print run book intended for people involved with the University. I suspect you'll struggle to find it.

Yeah i contacted them and the book isnt going to be reprinted sadly, ive seen it on ebay being sold for $250, wondered if anyone had one and at a more reasonable price

I have one man but sadly I won't sell it. Design books are extremely rare because the good ones are always in limited print. Sid Mead's are museum items. If 250 seems a bit too steep I have bad news for you.
