Hi all,
I have this template (PSD) which I want to use with spotlight.
To do this I have dynamesh model set to res 256. But when I turn
on my spotlight with my Template to paint with RGB on it doesn't paint the mask on my mesh. Does anybody know why this is happening? I'm using the
standard brush. Also in my brush Setting spotlight is turned on.
So basicly I can't paint a mask using a template with spotlight turned on.
Thanks

You CAN use a stencil for masking however.
http://docs.pixologic.com/reference-guide/stencil/
1) spotlight paint the template as a polypaint
2) go to "masking" and open the Mask by Color subpalette
3) try the buttons until you get a mask that fits closest to your template
I've never used the Stencil feature, that may be even easier.
I'm trying to paint polypaint (RGB) on my mesh (dynamesh) res 256. using texture template).
I can't get the painting to work when I paint using my temnplate.
I have colorize turned on.
