This is really cool! I've always been a huge fan of the original Fallout installments, so the isometric-type view you have going has got me nostalgia'ing pretty hard.
I really love the look, the lighting and ambiance looks great in all your different lighting versions.
I'm not sure how you plan to use this, but if this is meant for a one-room survival shelter, you're missing two key props: a place to eat, and a place to go to the bathroom!
The other thing I might look into is adding more definition between the sort of power-generating area and the living area. Right now all you have is that wood-slat wall, which A) would do nothing to buffer the noise/contamination from your power source and Aesthetically doesn't really split that area off enough. I'd try making more of a wall there, perhaps like a metal partition or glass window that sort of seals off that area, as in reality you wouldn't want to sleep 12 feet from your messy reactor. Or, if you want to keep it all once room, maybe try adding a different floor pattern in that area, like a diamond-pattern metal plate or metal floor grate under the generator and fuel storage section, to help make that area seem more of its own separate thing from the 'living space.'
Looks really nice man. One thing i could take from this is the wooden fencing area. The broken ones wouldn't just break and be perfectly flat. Perhaps just jagger the edges slightly to make it more realistic
I'd imagine one would eat at the table/workbench, although you are indeed right regarding the bathroom!
As for your suggestions, excellent ideas - I did try not to make it all too perfect in terms of what'd be logical to place as a barrier, as it should feel quite makeshift and sparse. Maybe there is no good way to shield off the power area available! Aesthetically though you are quite right, and a different floor type sounds like a great way to change this.
Dilkesy: I imagined the planks were shorter to begin with rather than broken, but maybe it doesn't convey that very good - thanks for the critique

Just my two cents!
