I'm back, after two years working for live, now i have a little more free time.
I recover my old project but this time i choose another great game engine like CryEngine.
First at all, i create a basic (maybe not so basic) structures and put in the level, i call this first part: clay presentation. I have the position of the main structures and the size of the level, in this case a lineal level, without game mechanic or effects, basically a plain level, a clay.
More updates coming soon and sorry for my poor english!!!.
wow man great work the environments have a good sense of massiveness to them, you have sculpting skills too thats great best of both worlds keep it up I can't wait to see more!
Nice start on the environment !
The creature is not bad but I think you're put in fine details quite too soon. The base sculpt is too muddy, not refined enough. Also, you might need some anatomical references, try out this website, quite useful: http://anatomy4sculptors.com/?menu=10#body
Also some bodybuilders might be a nice reference for this kind of creatures.
Also for the face, about the same advice, but about the skull. For now the bony landmarks are too soft in their shapes. Try the trim dynamic brush while sculpting, it will help you create some sharp forms.
Try the same for the teeth, they looks too cylindrical at the moment.
Hope that will help !
