Messy pixels in orthographic render (Maya)

Hi folks,

I’m trying to render a quite simple shape in orthographic view with pixel-perfect 2:1 borders and I’m almost there but not quite. I started doing this in C4D but because the UV-editor doesn’t support pixel snap I switched to Maya.

So here’s my output in C4D—Not perfect but pretty close to what I wanted:

My render in Maya looks like this right now—It’s not quite 2:1 and I can’t figure out what I’m doing wrong. At least I managed to eliminate all traces of anti-aliasing. ;)

Here’s an inconsitency that makes me scratch my head and isn’t simply explained with a wrong angle—these two holes should be the very same, regardless of the angle. Yet they are not. How’s this possible?

Here are my camera-transforms, the camera itself is set to orthographic.

I’ve searched the forums, googled and tried to fix it myself all day but I can’t seem to find my error. I’m sure it’s just something small but what is it? Any help would be very appreciated.
