3DsMax 2012 Lightmap bake with padding problem.

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to bake a lightmap with padding in 3dsmax 2012. Everything seems to work but the final texture file is completely white (with padding) while the preview window shows the correct bake (without padding).


Here is the final result.

Could anyone help me understand why the final texture becomes white? And how I can get the correct lightmap with padding included?
