Photohop | Is it possible to modify brush selection pop-up menu?

Id like to add opacity control (and more), to pop-up menu that opens when you right click ( when brush tool is selected.).
Like This:
Have been googling for a while and cant find anything. Only tutorials how to make custom brushes.
