Vengeance project from No Limit Games seeking multiple positions to be filled

Job Opportunities - Character Design & Animation (Includes Rigging)

ABOUT US:

No Limit Games was formed in 2010, and was started by William Brevard and his co-founder Kevin while attending The Art Institute.
The name, No Limit Games was chosen because of what we want to represent in our key games. He calls these games, our Namesake Games. The first of which will be our RTS game (which you can find out more about at our website) with more to follow afterwards. We are looking for talented, work steady, love making games kind of people.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS:

Riggers – Must know how to rig people plus fabric/clothe, facial rigging would be a bonus to have but is not a necessity, and on how to do skin weights. Should be able to use Maya or 3ds Max to rig, if you have another rigging program that you would like to use than please put it in the e-mail addressed to William.

Texture Artist – Must know how to make an organized uv map and have intermediate painting skills. Being able to make normal maps, diffuse maps, and ambient occlusion maps are a necessity. Programs that need to have knowledge in are Photoshop, Maya, or 3ds Max.

Character Designers – Must know how to draw the body anatomically correct in either male or female. Basic character layout knowledge is necessary, for example T-poses (front, back, and side) Need to be able to read character’s bio and sketch from there. Being able to use Photoshop is highly recommended but is not mandatory, pencil and paper are nice but it must be neatly viewable. Able to do detail callouts is a plus.

Do you have any spots for any Level Designers?

We could use more level designers as well, I was actually going to put up a separate post for that

If you have some work samples you can email them to me at william@nolimitgamez.com

Excuse me. I am intrigued by your sketch allowance. I'd like to offer myself as a sketch artist to produce game pertinent workflow for more senior artists and concept or finish artists alike. If I could get a private message with more of what you're looking for in terms of style, character props, and perhaps environment info too I got a lot of free time to commit to producing stylized or realistic pieces for critique, use, or general concept ideas that'll have to be refined more from what I've done. Don't take that to mean I can't make neat presentations on paper. I'm learning though and if I can get form and stance information across through my drawings that match the vitae criteria of the game then that could be good for both of us. Add Petya.brunette to skype if you'd like or private message here.
