i think it looks pretty good! for 1 month of practice, ive started 4 days ago... and didnt even made shit... only concepts
maybe the hair texture lightning its too reflective... looks like solid and oiled
leather on hands too, maybe less light reflection... how to do it i dont know, not even a clue
What Anuxinamoon said. Keep practicing. You're off to a good start. If texturing is a problem you can always choose to focus on modelling and collaborate with other artists here on polycount. Having said that, there's also some texturing workflows that involve minimal painting.

Check out this tutorial which I personally learnt a huge amount of information from.

Basically they use lighting information from baked out maps to generate most of the texture.
