Nice work so far. Two things jump out at me right now. The face looks flat, like it doesn't have skeletal structure under it. Work on getting the planes of the face in there, and wrap the soft tissue over that.
Took your comment on board and tried to clean up the form / emphasize the skeletal structure like you suggested. Left is the new head, right is the old. Thinking I could possibly push it even more but would love some more feedback.
THe Zygomatic bone and maxilla forms look like they are occupying the same plane..or very close to it..and it give offf a very flat look..I would take a step back and really define your planes..and then build up the shape of the face around them.
Update time. Been busy with all the low poly stuff and here is where I am up too so far. Pretty happy with the bake apart from the rope, struggling to get a clean bake from it. All textures are extremely basic at the min, especially the body which is just color fill layers and AO.
Think I am ready to call her about finished. So many more things I would love to spend time on but I gave myself a deadline so forcing myself to move on. She is sitting at about 20k and these were rendered in marmoset.
