Mesh exception?

When you see the mesh you probably notice the bands on the shoulder piece wrapping around the body.

Is that necessary to submit an item, something that makes it look like it wraps around the body?

I'm asking this specifically for slark but I'm sure that there are other circumstances this is in. Do you think it would be okay for me just put something directly on the shoulder?

    Depends on a couple of things, but first and foremost, does it look good. Technically, no, you don't have to. If you want your item not to have straps, then don't do straps ^^

    Thank you for the reply, I wasn't sure if adding the straps was a necessary to make the item more realistic (answering the question, how is it on the character)

    So I'm assuming this would apply with every character?
