Spitfire - Dragon Knight sword concept.

Hey guys this is a quick concept for a DK sword, i call it Spitfire. lemme know what you think!

If anyone is interested in collaborations i'm down to do any 2d stuff needed.

edit: Another update, tried to make the dragon flow better with the handle.

mmm maybe continue the dragon head with like a body.. but its the handle (no normal sword handle )... maybe ?

also i dont like the dragon head ... just my opinion

I tried to avoid continuing the dragon's body through the hilt for a couple of reasons. Firstly I think it has enough details as it is, and a simple handle would help the general composition. Second, Davion is also a knight, and i feel a traditional tidy handle really plays into that aspect of the character.

Actually, this could also be an awesome Juggernaut sword. The blade is not very... Let's say "knight like" in my opinion, but seems perfect for that sort of tribal-ish feel that Jugger has

Hmm yeah you might have a point. I think i should ditch the dragon head for that tho. And i might as well, i gave it another go cause it kinda looked like shit. think it's better now but i'm still not quite convinced.

I think the way the dragon's head shape transitions into the blade and handle looks rather awkward, in both pics. I think the first design flowed better from the handle to the head, and the second flows better from the head to the blade, but neither flow nicely overall.

The dragon's head is a good idea but all you need is to make it so that the head flows into the handle, also if you are going to ditch it make it so you have a one sided handle, because the blade on the sword is really nice.
