I dont want the rest of the wireframe, and I'm too lazy to paint them out manually in photoshop.

several things you can try,
first of all, if you select some polygons it hides the rest automatically, that could work already (dunno if snapshot respects that)

or try copying just the ones you want to have to another uvset real quick (first tab under polygons) and snapshot that other uvset

worst case, if everything else fails, split them into an own object
