Hello!
I recently started this project.Haven't done much yet.
Now I'm not quite making copy of this helmet.Kind of trying to implement some of my thoughts aswell in making of this helmet.

I do love the ODST helmet. Maybe you can incorporate some kind of drop down shield that protects the helmets visor. Also the top doesn't seem as smooth and round as it should be. Otherwise good start.

Since you're in the concept design process right now, decide what situation the user of the helmet will be in. This should help determine what elements you add or remove on the helmet.

In addition to the good points above you should check out some Halo: ODST artwork as each member of the team has a unique helmet. Also the Halo 3 Artbook has some fantatsic design to boot as well.

Your progress so far is solid, its easily identifiable. Keep it up.
