Window grid management software (for windows)

I was watching a old Hak5 episode and came across this, its fantastic for laying out reference in my second monitor (and for many other things), and I think its well worth a go.

I used to be a huge fan of this, but I currently only have one monitor and tend to work fullscreen only.
