Loss in saturation from Youtube compression

I've been trying to do different renders of my environment using the movie dump command in UDK.exe shortcut. The outcome of the screenshot sequences are correct in saturation but when I render it out in After Effects I end up losing saturation from my videos. Even if I don't compress before uploading on youtube, youtube still compresses and I lose saturation in my video? Is there a way to fix this? The unsaturation doesn't look very appealing.

Try and set a Saturation layer in After Effect and increase the value maybe? So you compensate for the loss?

While you can manage with After Effects (it's most likely saving with a color profile, try and see if there is a way to disable it), there nothing you can do for Youtube, other then try and 'compensate' for it and upload a high quality enough video, YT pretty much does it's own 'magic' at that point.

I think YT desaturates by 22% the colors :/

Yeah, it's exactly 22% desaturation and upped some contrast. You did it again. thanks, man.
