OK guys, the item is almost done, and i want to thank you for the advice and guidelines you guys gave me on the way. i`m posting 2 pics on how it turned out so far, and i got a few more edits to do on the textures.
Looking forward to see more great stuff here, and even do some collabs if anyone`s interested.

update!
i managed to get it in game but at the cost of some polis. there fore the textures are all messed up and need a re-work.
my next question: what bone(s) should i link it to? on their site, it says that it should be spear_1 but it remains imoble and as you can see it`s in the rong place.
any advice?

The way I exported it (I used blender) I had X-axis forward and Z-Upward.
I think you should just start from +X +Y +Z and just do trial and error to find the proper direction.

i`m almost done
i made my textures at 1400x1000 resolution, but the item requirements is 512x128, and when i scale it down, it becomes REALLY pixellated. It practically becomes useless.
Any advice on how i could avoid scaling the image down without losing the quality? i`m using Gimp and Paint.net for my textures.
ie if it is 512 x 128
Then you could work at 1024 x 256.

when moving it`s very visible. but as you see, it`s not very easy to spot on freeze screens.
Also, you should translate the design, not just copy it from some other hero who's got different silhouette alltogether.
the thing is i like slim weapons for pl. i realised the design was similar to the ishiminari after i finished modeling it, so i thought about a lore that would match it.
Still thx for the critics vlad, i`ll be carefull next time i model. I`m happy with the end result as it is for this one.
