Hi, I am a 2nd year at Staffordshire university studying Game Technical Art, here you will find mainly 3d, and on occasion maxscript and materials in udk.

I am new to Polycount and would love to get involved in your community Thanks:)

    To Begin I will be constructing a udk level based loosely around Tim Hill's concept below

    I began with a paint over to show the separate elements I need to construct

    I began with the Stairs central to the image

    They stand at 396 tris

    I also in a peer challenge to make a book and texture it I created the following which I am to include in the piece if possible.

    The book stands at around 1.9k tris mainly because of the chains and will be a focal point on a stone slab inside the 'temple'

    This render is a much higher resolution than that will appear in the final piece.


    Today I made my first pillar for the entrance to the temple had a few issues with the normal map, if anyone can help it would be great:)
