xNormal and 3ds max Normal map problem

Ok so I sculpted low poly , then from low poly i sculpted high poly , made the Uv map (fixed normals) and then exported it . I put it in xNormal rendered and i got this :
See the weird parts, why does that happen ?

Ok , i think i fixed it like this :
Didn't export smoothing groups from low poly model.
changed normals to average in xnormal and calculated ray in tools for 40 seconds.
