To embed on polycount you need to just the -http://www.youtube.com- url with the -/watch?v=V-JunUax8xg- part, anything extra or different will not work. An easy way to get the right url is to just use "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=" as a base and just copy the string after the watch part from the video url.
