Hello everybody,

I made a demon with some wooden, trying to make something original.

I don't know why but something going wrong ? I wait for your feedback to enhance my model. Sorry for my poor english.

nice start, the pectoral muscle needs to be fixed, look like he has 4 nipples instead of 2

I think you should take some time and do some cloth sculpt studies. Right now it's looking very lumpy and the way it's draping/pulling over him doesn't feel believable.

I kinda get where this is going and I was digging it until the cloth started coming into it.

I love what you did to this guys face with all the wood indents. It has a good texture to it.

Alrighty first things first
I just want to say that I'm still learning as well, so take all of this with a grain of salt
There may be information that is wrong but I'll try my best to help ^^.
I know that this is a demon but it's humanoid so i'm going to go with human anatomy.



1. silver_hoodlum talked about 4 nipples. I say be bold and go for it! it's really original haha.

2. So I think what you are really missing are the sternomastoids. These muscles, I believe come from the back/side area of your skull and meet inbetween your clavicles and also on them (it splits into two parts). They form the V which you can see on the referenced man's neck. If you don't know what clavicles are just take a google Around the deltoid area (shoulder) there is a noticeable gap between the deltoid and pectoralis muscles. Abs. They be asymmetrical.

3. There is a bony landmark on humans around this area which is the seventh spine thingy..sorry i can never remember the names TT. not sure how to explain the latissimi dorsi but uh..google :B?

4. Ok the horns. If you dont listen to anything else, which is fine with me, please do something about those horns haha. At the moment its really hard to concentrate on the horns because they are both roughly the same height. This brings conflict and my mind cant seem to decide which one to look at first thus it just leaves me confused. Also why is one set twisted and the other straight? I would assume they would either both grow straight or both be curvy. Or maybe they are different species growing on him :O, that could work o3o.

5. This one I think may be personal preference. But try to avoid parallel lines for natural things. It makes the action go only in one direction. Organic stuff have life so try use big to small? again personal preference

Is not a board that you give me but a tutorial and your opinion gonna help me a lot.

now i see the mistake what i have make, especially that I should finish the body before adding other subtools.

I try to understand where is the muscle, I have the impression that my sculpture serve more to train me as a result something concrete.

I think this is going in the right direction I like the face!
If you really want this to be better by making it moe human, I think you should take a break from this, and look at some anatomy. The body really needs a upgrade in that department, if you wanna go for more human, at least However, once it gets that upgrade, it will be a very good model, imo.
Looking forward to see what you are doing with it
