Seems to be a quite interesting project, I can't wait to see how it will turn out. I noticed a few things on your model:
I'm terrible at painting over stuff but...
The distance of the shoulders seem to be quite big, while the neck seems to be short and maybe even the head is too small, while the ears are huge compared to the head. Also, if you look at the concept the ribcage area is nicely rounded towards the top, your model seems to be a lot more boxy so to speak. The entire upper body is the same width.
Ofc., I don't know how you want to add the fur, and how much it would change on the character.
Aleon - Thanks for the tips. I really appreciate it. I'll take note to fix these issues right away. Yeah, I was having trouble in the armpit region, so I moved the arms out and ended up making the shoulders too wide. I'll make another update once I fix these and start working on the fur.

Then started to work on the sculpting for the basic form...
Ended up detailing the legs a bit too much though.
Still need to fix a good amount of the proportions.
