Prosto, listen, if the concept guy deems your work is not good enough, they are free to take the concept back since it's theirs. Since this isn't exactly a contract or full-time job and whatnot, it's more about collaboration and if your partner doesn't feel that he can co-operate with you, then you just need to suck it up. I think all concept artists wish to have a good end result and if they don't think you're good enough for the job, then don't force it. Let's say you take an art test for a company you applied for and they said you're not good enough, are you gonna complain to them and say, "I've done my best, took me 2 days to finish, blah blah blah and now you said I'm not hired?" Come on.

I know what you mean MdK, but I just want to stand up for the concept artists since what he does is hate on them and make them feel bad.
