We're aiming to create a vanilla-like experience with more content and a lot more polish. I used to be the main/lead artist for a while but due to employment I'm unable to commit to it any more (aside from small contributions, feedback and advice), and there's a lot of assets to be redone - mainly weapons.
So as it is a free mod there's no compensation we can offer (maybe aside from some one on one hard surface lessons from yours truly), but you'd get to work with a motivated, focused team to bring Shadow of Chernobyl to a new level. You'd be brought up to speed how to work with this engine either by myself or my apprentice - either way, prior experience with the engine is not necessary.
