It looks like a nice diffuse, but the thing with metal is that it's usually best defined with lighting. Try setting up a material in UDK/Marmoset/CryEngine for specularity and glossy reflections. I think the middle one is the better diffuse, top for gloss, and bottom for spec, but it really depends on how they're used.
The diffuse of metal doesn't matter all that much. Honestly you could just have a dark grey diffuse and just put the details in the spec and it would look good. I wouldn't recommend doing that, but you should try to mess around with spec maps to see what they can do for you.
It looks like you photographed this semi transparent synthetic linen foil, it clearly reads plastic highlights to me, not like scratches. The second image (first texture) is decent, but the third looks like plastic highlights or very cloudy and massive ice.
