Sorry Zin, but nothing blowing my hair back. I'd suggest looking at the following websites, if you can match the work quality/renders/layouts then you'll know your in the ballpark, but right now it's a tailgate party with a small bag a fritos. Like the rest of us....you got work to do.
You can't reach for the stars if your still holding onto yesterdays junk. The bar has been raised, almost everything in these high end portfolio's show hard surface modeling with high poly meshes baked down to low poly. Shader and texture breakdowns, and compositions that match or exceed the concept art their based off of. Won't sugar coat, your not there yet...neither am I but knowing that is half the battle. Now it's time to lace up those boots, switch on some good tunes and get to it.
In terms of the website itself its kind of weird that all your environment thumbnails open up a new page with larger environments thumbnails. Just go straight to the work with less clicks. Also the baseball game doesn't have anything in its page.
In terms of the work I find it kind of odd that all you have to show for your professional work is 2-3 low res screenshots with no info on what assets are yours, or any breakdowns of those assets at all. For your personal work I think you should narrow it down to your best stuff and get rid of some of the old stuff. For example. the helicopter is a million times better than the forklift, and your sci-fi hallway is the best out of all your environments. Also some screenshots of high poly models might be a good idea as well.
