VG Remix - Zelda Minish Cap

I'm doing Minish Cap, Minish Woods environment. I plan on using the witch's hut as a focal point. Here's some reference I've gathered.



I've made the ground geometry and textures, and here's where I'm at with that.

Worked on it a bit more. Some of the textures and geo I plan to take a bit further but here's where I'm at.

I reworked the textures for the trees, fences, stump and sign. I also worked on the house textures and added some geometry for grass clumps.

Probably my favourite entry so far. Absolutely lovely colour pallete and texture work. I want to eat your brain and gain your knowledge.
Any plans for characters?

Yeah, pls finish this.
But I think the trees leaves and the roof could be improved, they seem much more pixeled then everything else.

Thanks for all the feedback and encouragement! Adding characters like Link or maybe Syrup in the scene were some extra things I was thinking of doing on my own time. As for the textures, I agree that the trees and rooftops are dissimilar to other objects in the scene. It may be something I revisit in the future if I decide to take another look at this project
