I'm having an issue with dyna-mesh and scale. I created a biped gumby model with zspheres and then sent that geo to 3ds max to set up scale. I scaled the model up and sent it back to Zbrush. Now though, when I click dynamesh, even if I set it to it's lowest resoluation (8), it tries to generate a 1-2 million poly mesh. If I just leave the scale alone, it works fine and generates a nice low-poly mesh.

It would probably be best to work in a scale that's best for zbrush before setting up the final scale in Max, use a different import/export method that will automatically adjust it for you, use a custom plugin like Dynamesh Master that has an autoscaling function (if it scales back for you), or just scale your mesh by some unit of 10 before using dynamesh and then scale it back immediately afterwards.
