It looks like they are, there's a spot showing near the center-upper lip but it's z-fighting with your reference mesh. At the top of the window, try raising your Z-Bias and/or your Additional extrusion. You can turn them back down later.
I think thats because you are topoing on the negative side. The rule of thumb is construct the topology on the positive side of X axies (right side of your perspective,) and mirror it in many 3d modeling / topology program.
This one seems flipped normals.
EDIT: I am not always right so you can test this out for yourself as well. If you are using any 3d modeling program try to import this topoed mesh in to it and turn off the back face lighting (gray is the front face, and black is the back face.) if the model turns black then you will know.

Try to use the last version 4.0.06A
and open the project with DX64 version
