NEED HELP: the 'VG Remix -' part of my thread title isn't showing up, as the rules dictate is necessary for entry. I've tried changing the title thread but it is still not working. Any idea why?
Hello Polycounters,
This is my second attempt at a Polycount contest. I know I'm late in the game already, but I will try my hand nonetheless.
My target project is the indie horror survival game, Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

With a twist, I will be using a style based (somewhat) off of the Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker look, incorporating the elongated torso and stumpy legs with a mild cell-shaded look. If I can manage, I aim to still keep the creepy, unsettling atmosphere of the Amnesia game.
Thank you! More updates to come.

Hey Polycounters!
Our submissions have been featured in an article on Kotaku covering the contest!
Writer Kirk Hamilton has described the dioramas as 'utterly stunning.' Excellent work everybody!

Thank you.
I was debating on making either the Grunt or the Brute, I may do both if I have time.
Daniel has been UV'ed and uploaded to Sketchfab.
Let's see if this works.
Thanks.
Yes, that is Daniel. There isn't an in-game model for Daniel, since it is a First-Person perspective game, but they do have Daniel's concept art that shows what he looks like. There's a link to his Wiki page in the first post.
Here's the Grunt's model. Next to UV.
Any critiques or suggestions are welcome.
Here is the fully UV'ed Grunt model.
Thank you for the feedback.
Seeing as you're the second person to suggest adding teeth, I have updated the model UV with some rotty grey teeth. I was not able to add new polys for teeth, as the Grunt has already hit the 500 tri limit, as well as the model has already been rigged for posing.
The new texture will be updated as soon as I can get Sketchfab to stop derping around.
Daniel's trusty Lantern
The very useful Crate
The equally useful Barrel
That's an incredibly annoying bug then.
I'm relatively new to posting on the site, how do I contact an admin? That's a little silly if you need a moderator/admin in order to change a thread title. Of course that might just be me, but it sounds very troublesome on the admins/mods part.
Thanks for the help!
