You could push your values a lot more. There's no high-range tones atm. In your reference the assets are a lot brighter and colorful. Notice that the colors gets warmer in the brighter areas. The mushroom cabin is a good example. The red turns towards orange.

I am currently having problems with opacity on Sketchfab, been trying to fix it for a really long time now and I would appreciate any advice on how to get it to work properly. I'm not entirely sure of how the white opacity mask should look, but i have tried separating the faces with the "holes" from the rest of the mesh but it didn't solve my problem.
