Hello there. I try to paint weight my character but when i click to a vertex to paint it off. It instant go wrong like this (attach file). Anybody know how to fix this ?. Thanks
If a vertex has a skin weight influence of 0 across all joints, it defaults to the origin. When you paint weights to the verts around your torso joint, it will snap back into place.
- One more question: When export from maya to unity or something to make a game. Obj can carries all the animation ? or should I export to other file types ?
You'll want to use the FBX format. Be sure you select all your joints as well as any meshes associated with your animation. In the Include section of the export options, be sure to check the Animation checkbox.
