VG Remix - Super MignolaTroid

Going to be doing a diorama of the end of the intro level from Super Metroid, the first faceoff between Samus and Ridley, but gonna do my best to treat the textures in the hard blacks and simple colors of Mike Mignola's art style.
I've got a first run on Samus and the Metroid larva so far. Need to build Ridley and get some textures made.

Ridley Modeling in progress.
Hit a few snags in the whole upload process, but I think I've got it down now.
Finally got some time to model Ridley, and I should have more time for working on this this weekend too.
Hopefully gonna have the scene done by the deadline.
Last weekend turned into food poisoning and lots of sleep. So the contest is over, but I still want to finish this out.
