Lance it....let the blood drain till you pass out..when you come to, you should be free of the black death.... Though you probably shouldn't follow medical advice on a game art forum. I got hit in the neck once..probably just a welt..or an egg sack or something
If you're using Zbrush, start by going to a lower subdivision of your head and simply hold down Shift while smoothing out your bump with a few careful strokes of the pen, provided you got a wacom tablet.
Be careful though, you dont want to make a dent in your head either.

Nah, just revert your head mesh file back to an earlier version. Make sure you don't revert any code files when you do or you'll forget what happened to you in the last few weeks.

And to add to this, if your bump has an ngon pole on it, use zbrushes alternative smoothing algorithm designed for poles. To activiate it, hold shift and begin to smooth, then let go of shift while you are smoothing.
This makes the pole smooth. Good luck with your pole bump.

I can't express in words how hard I laughed when I read this haha. Polycount never lets me down.
I think you and Pustulio will be very happy together. The weather has been great lately, so you guys should just get out there and have some fun. (not paintball)

a lot of us study anatomy - we even have some skeletons here at work, it should be fine, we know what we're doing
