I had some trouble trying to keep with the same proportions as Castle Crashers, but making it look good in 3D. So I had to sketch up some designs that weren't necessarily Castle Crasher style, but stylized in the same vein.
The point the character is at so far. Pretty much at my tri limit. Now to work on deer and environment pieces!
Finally got it into Sketchfab. Slow, but sure. Sadface at the fact that Sketchfab didn't like Z up. lol. Need to get to texturing soon. That is really my biggest hurdle.

Ohhhh mannnn....that texture. lol. 128x128. Good thing this guy and his friends will be viewed at a distance.
Trannnnsssparencyyyyy... not there. Oy. The texture isn't looking great in that resolution. This actually turned out harder than I thought.
Anybody know to make it less blurry? I've tried allocating more space to detailed areas, but it hasn't really helped all that much.
