@JimmyRustler, as much as I want to start texturing this stuff I understand that I need to model everything first to see how much work there is for me, just to keep myself on schedule.
@mariomanzanares, yeah I'm having a great time trying to figure out how to fit all the characters into this limit. I know I don't have to do it but that's so much fun! Though I cheated a bit with Zoe. Her quiver will be attached to her body so it should be modeled into mesh. I already see where to simplify her to make things right.
There's still lots of things to do and figure out but here's the block out of what I'll try to achieve. It's not the exact representation of a game level but rather a mishmash of elements from the level called Tombs of Ephyra. The Burning Skeleton will lie in his tomb and will be guarded by his minions who will fight our heroes. Something like that. I think graveyard will be a suitable place for a fight.
I love the environment block out. It looks great from every angle.
I'm not familiar with the game, but when I saw the blockout I pictured it having a blue-ish feel to the environment sort of like how torchlight does in some instances.

I'm ready to model the level geometry!
