Well, I'm gonna see how far I can get in between long work days and the end with River City Ransom as the subject. Gonna see what I can come up with I guess.
River City Ransom was one of the first low-poly projects I did! Brings back memories.
I like the gym environment because the game has a very school-yard bully kind of feel to it, but I like that the other one has a second level opening up more interesting compositions with the characters.
As for the windows, you could easily just use square decals that float over the wall geometry. It would save a lot of texture space so you could have one purple wall texture and then make each section unique by dropping in windows, pipes, and pillars.
yeah, after talking to some of the people on the hangout, gonna change to the gym and see what I can do with that. Worse comes to worse, I have the factory mostly blocked out with not to much left to do modeling wise.
Blockout of the Gym so far. Gonna add the other vaults and such and the bars at some point as well. Then it will be on to characters or texturing...not sure yet...

I think. The tire building was definitely a place I hated because it bugged out so much and killed me so many times...

Started on Alex. Never done characters let alone low poly so it's a struggle haha.
