Loving everything except for the head piece, it looks a bit too conservative for my tastes.

i like the head piece ... keep the silhouette of the shoulder part free

This is looking really nice! I think the inner skirt looks a little plain in contrast to the rest of the details. I agree with the headpiece looking a little "conservative" also.

I did a really messy paintover with some of my first changes that came to mind, just adding a tiara-type hair comb, and added layers to the inner skirt. Hope you find it helpful. Best of luck with the rest!

Thanks for the comments guys, and thanks for the paintover Eazy! I like it!
I agree the head piece did look a little boring. I've updated it and the bottom skirt to match the paintover
I've also updated the belt and skirt a little.

I've also done a quick sculpt of a witch doctor staff idea I had.

It looks great other than the mushrooms. It doesn't like like they're growing off of the wood, just awkwardly stuck there. The frog is #1 though.
