I had a difficult time settling on an idea, but for the sake of putting a knife in indecisiveness, I'm going to go ahead and tackle the intro screen of Super Metroid. One of my favorite games. Hope I can do it some justice.

Thanks, I think it will look pretty sweet if it turns out half as good as I see it in my head.

Here's a block-in I whipped up in a few minutes last night. Just some proportioning. I'm going to flesh out some shapes tonight.
