Current idea is too have the soldiers climbing around a war table type design fighting some aliens.
This war table will be the base stand of the diarama and should be fairly easy to make.
This is my first true try at low poly art stuff so this should be a big learning process
Found these chibi style xcom soldiers by Arne i think this is the sorta style im going to aim for just with a bit more dirt and depth to the costumes colour palette.
any help or further inspiration welcome guys

Currently the idea is an area 51 infiltration by the aliens and the single Xcom Soldier sees them in the distance.
Im going to have the soldier elevated on a platform of desert overlooking the aliens rushing him.
Also i may model the temple ship dropping them all off for their Area 51 tea party if I can
