in before Bellsey with "Autodesk have had inter-program switching for a few years now".
sure, "switch to *" is okay in Autodesk software, but this is fucking crazy awesome. my next project will be learning Modo so i can leave max in the dust.

Well, it's true. But I'm not gloating but more stating logical fact. Autodesk is a larger company with more software and Suites, so it makes sense to have good interop between them.
Now that The Foundry has grown and added more software to its folio, it's only obvious that they ensure users can take data to and from their packages as well. Though of course moma can work with Maya as well.
Worth noting though, the video does appear slightly speeded up. But that's not taking anything away from Modo's renderer, it's very good.
And being able to interop between different packages can only be a good thing.
Yeah, this isn't The Foundry's doing - their first steps appear to be more along the lines of making a Modo-Nuke link (although I imagine more will appear as time goes on).
It's pretty cool, I should really check out Mari at some point...

Their logic is pathologic. Pathologic mean logic from emotions. So no logic at all ...
My two cents.
Looks a bit complex (for me) at first glance but I am sure I could get used to it.
Lux did mention something last year about working closely with the the foundry programmers and there we have it
Also it's a script made by Jacobo Barreiro (http://www.jacobobarreiro.com/jweb/).
Unfortunately I don't use Mari so I won't be using this sorcery :<... at least for now.
