Wanted to start a sketchbook to keep everything in one place, where I can keep progress and speedies.
Anyway, here is the start of a sculpt of my adaption of the Norse God, Thor.
I've started his old man, Odin, in another thread. I'm thinking Thor as being relatively young, mid twenties, and as he is described - a barbarian.
I need to make three Gods so i'm going to go for Freya for my third, be a bit nicer to look at rather than all these buff dudes.
The mask marks are just placeholders for the bandage wraps he's gonna have.
Also, all polypaint ! [apart from the eyes] My first one without painting skin textures all over it

Also, what do you call these wrist wraps? My googling has been exhausted...
Anyway, adjusted some proportions, tidied some paint, experimented with cloth and made a pendant.

Made this a while back, forgot about it until the other day when I saw all you guys with your gun folios....damn...
So I dug it back out, high poly'ed it, and rendered.
