Why do you take the hair of the ultra nerdy guy while making the stereotypical cool guy ?
Also the hair looks wrong anyways, how did you imagine it to go like that ?
And the shirt looks like its dripping wet, you cant see the muscles like that through a shirt , and his pelvic area looks wrong, but im not really good at anatomy, so i cant really tell.
Keep in mind that david was made after titanic proportions and not human ones, model after real humans, not after a interpretation of another artist, no matter how good he is. You dont know what he was thinking, or making up or changing to get his goal accomplished, and you get this telephone game effect, (people whispering in ears and at the end you get another outcome than at the start, because every iteration brings it farther from the starting point)
I'd definitely work on the base some more if you plan on including it in any final renders, there's a lot of planar forms and sharp edges in the original sculpt, it would be cool to see that in your model.
