Sketchbook: Lillyth

Hi,

I am a young professional in the animation industry working hard to get better at the job.
I started working immediatly after my internship at the same company, now a year ago, as a 3D generalist.

I'm specialising in 3D modelling and animation, with working knowledge of scripting (MEL, Maxscript), programming(C++), Texturing (Mudbox, Photoshop), Compositing(Fusion) and Sculpting(Zbrush).

Still having fun :)

Feel free to give your most valuable feedback :)

Since I didn't found any good picture of myself, I decided just to make some sort of portrait in a 3D cartoony style.
    Just finished it :)

SOFTWARE: Maya 2012, Zbrush, mudbox, photoshop. a bit of postproduction in fusion.
RENDER ENGINE: rendered in Vray 2.0 Maya 2012 edition.

I made this base model and the design during my internship and continued afterwards. This is a design I made for my viking project in a moment of brilliance at 3 in the morning.

A viking house. Still needs some work.

SOFTWARE: my first time modelling in Maya 2012. a bit of postproduction in fusion.

Hey that boat house is pretty slick. I like the seperation of detail between the roof components, and the swoop down from the upturned bow.

    Hi Lillyth,
I want to see a textured version of Viking house. And you got beautiful eyes. I love green eyes. Keep posting.

Thanks! I'll be sure to post an update of the vikingboat. all textured and improved as soon as I find the time to do it :)

    meanwhile I've been finishing this:theLady.jpg

Inspired by Tim Burton's corpse bride. did it in 2 days in Maya, zbrush, mudbox, photoshop and fusion.

    It was fun :)
    onwards to the next project!

@ Nirvana: thanks for the compliment. They are so green and huge I can stop a running dog on its track just by looking at it.
Quite handy in some situations :)

I recreated a design made by Illustrator/concept Artist Nate Hallinan in 3D. Just for fun :)
    This is still a WIP.
