Either you piece it out into smaller UV islands or you deal with it.
Seriously, though, deal with it. This is skin. It's fine if there's "organic" stretching and not necessarily straight edges on a texture. If you're really concerned about getting a straight line, use a program like 3Dcoat to paint on top of the model. But a mole will still look like a mole even if it's slightly stretched.
