Haskell Character

So I've begun working on a character for a friend based upon loose concepts he has given me and I've begun sculpting out the main idea. The character is going to be used in 2.5d side scroller and I was hopping on critiques, advice, or techniques to make the character look more unique and eye catching . The idea is a young man around mid 20's, some cloth garbs and crystal arms from the four arm down. Its supposed to be more stylized so anatomy doesn't have to be perfect but it shouldn't be bad either.

i know some of the anatomy isn't flushed out as it should be but I'm hoping to fix that soon.

I'm also curious to what the low poly range should be seeing how the camera will be pulled back a ways. Anything is appreciated and thanks for your time.
